Horses rounded up by workers after being found in car park following spell of windy weather
Construction workers have had to round up horses after they were discovered roaming free following last night's heavy winds.
Three horses and one pony were discovered at a car park on Rainton Bridge Business Park, in Houghton, this morning.
Staff from refurbishment company GHI managed to shepherd the animals into a makeshift pen.
Workers are now trying to reunite the horses with their owner.
