HGV and car collide on busy Sunderland road
Two drivers have escaped injury following a road traffic collision on a busy Sunderland road.
Police were called to Parkside, Herrington in Sunderland at just after 10.10am, today.
A HGV and a saloon type vehicle had collided with each other,
Police say there were no injuries reported and the road was cleared of traffic within an hour.
