Help students with their future

Several schools in the region, including St Aidan’s Catholic Academy, took part in Future First’s Back to School Week this month which encourages former students to volunteer at their old schools and offer inspirational careers advice.

Now, Future First is encouraging more schools to sign up and take part.

Managing Director Alex Shapland-Howes, said: “Alumni are going back into the classroom to add valuable insight in specialist subjects or to use their experience to prepare students for the working world.”
