FITNESS enthusiasts hit – or even hiit – out at cancer for a world record attempt.
They pulled on their lycra and trainers for a Hiit (high-intensity interval training) class at East Herrington Primary School.
It was one of scores of classes being held across the country at the same time in an attempt to beat the world record for the number of people Hiit training at the same time. The event, organised by Chris Williams, a Glow instructor, raised money for Breakthrough Breast Cancer.
She said: “Cancer is something that affects a lot of people, and we wanted to do something to help.”
