Henry Punshon, 79, left his town-centre home in the early hours of Friday, July 31.

Durham Constabulary say he may appear confused and may be lost.

Henry is 5ft 2ins tall, of thin build. He has thinning grey hair, wears glasses and often a cap.

He may be wearing a three-quarter length navy blue rain jacket and black and grey Gortex trainers.
