The following Wearside cases have been dealt with by magistrates:

Alan Burlinson, 53, of Chapman Street, Sunderland. Ordered to pay £235 in fines and costs for harassment.

Emma Forster, 30, of Ilchester Street, Seaham. Conditionally discharged for 12 months and ordered to pay £105 costs for theft.

Sean McCann, 39, of no fixed address. Conditionally discharged for six months and ordered to pay £150 compensation for criminal damage to a house in Sunderland and for breach of bail.

Christopher Longley, 54, of Briar Lea, Shiney Row. Sentenced to a community order of 12 months, 120 hours unpaid work, and ordered to pay £170 costs for causing a computer to perform a function with intent to secure unauthorised access to data.

Darren Hill, 29, of Hylton Road, Sunderland. Conditionally discharged for 18 months and ordered to pay £105 costs for possession of a class B drug.

Jack Devlin, 22, of Borodin Avenue, Town End Farm, Sunderland. Disqualified from driving for 23 months and ordered to pay £91 in fines and costs for driving with excess alcohol.

Adam Johnson, 23, of Toward Road, Sunderland. Conditionally discharged for six months and ordered to pay £60 costs for theft.

Lucas Jones, 21, of Tanfield Road, Thorney Close, Sunderland. Ordered to pay compensation and costs of £260 for criminal damage.

Stephen McEvoy, 47, of Hudson Road, Sunderland. Sentenced to 24 weeks in prison and ordered to pay £115 costs for breach of a restraining order and breach of a suspended sentence.

Robert Smith, 21, of West Lea, New Herrington. Ordered to pay £275 in fines and costs for two breaches of a criminal behaviour order.

Merrick Ainslie, 34, of Eaglesdene, Hetton. Sentenced to 26 weeks in prison and ordered to pay £927.81 compensation for theft, assault, and breach of a suspended sentence.
