Rotary Club of Sunderland President John Bowskill has completed a fulfilling and busy year of office. One of his targets was to promote a satellite club. This was achieved on June 14 with the inauguration of the new club. Rotary District Governor Terry Long was present and John Bowskill along with a number of Rotary colleagues attended the inauguration.  Founder members of this new venture are, in the main, medical professionals within the NHS, however other professionals have now joined to widen the base of experience. Chairwoman of the new club is Judith Heaton and the Secretary is Peter Webb. The Rotary Club of Sunderland looks forward to a long and successful association with the satellite members.
