Home-builder Barratt Developments is hosting a charity golf day, at Ramside Hall, County Durham, later this month.

More than 20 teams of golfers are taking part. They include ex-England, Sunderland and Newcastle footballer Paul Bracewell.

The midfielder, who began his career at Stoke City, also played for Everton and was assistant manager at SAFC.

Teams will have the chance to play Ramside’s 18-hole golf course and win prizes.

Entry to the event, on Friday, April 27, is £400 per team, which includes golf, breakfast and a three-course dinner.
