Firefighters called to help transport overweight patient from Sunderland hospital
Firefighters had to be called in to help transport an overweight patient out of hospital.
A crew from Sunderland Central station were called to Sunderland Royal Hospital in the early hours of this morning.
They were there from 1.28am to 2.50am to help hospital staff lift the patient out of bed so they could be transported from the hospital.
