Fans who missed out on tickets to see Beyoncé's sold-out Stadium of Light gig are in luck after a limited extra amount have been released for sale.
Initial tickets for the Crazy in Love singer's Wearside debut on June 28 sold out in hours after going on sale in February, with 52,000 booking up to see the star open the European leg of her Formation World tour at the home of the Black Cats.
But after production plans have been finalised, a limited amount of gold circle, standing and seated tickets have gone on sale. The club have also released a small number of hospitality packages.
The show will be the iconic singer's first-ever stadium performance in the North East, with Sunderland selected as one of only five UK venues to host the global superstar and one of only two stadium venues in England, the other being Wembley.
With hits including Halo, Single Ladies, Run the World and Drunk in Love, Beyoncé is regarded as one of the most successful female artists of all time.
She has sold over 118 million records as a solo artist and a further 60 million with her former band, Destiny’s Child.
Her Stadium of Light gig is expected to be a mixture of new hits, such as single Formation, the title track of her new album, as well as classic tracks.
