Study goes overseas

Have your say

NEARLY a quarter of the region’s school leavers and students plan to study abroad, according to a new report.

Studying overseas is becoming increasingly popular, says a survey by Graduate Prospects.

Results showed 24 per cent of school leavers and students said that they plan to study abroad, 73 per cent are either strongly interested or considering it and only four per cent would completely rule it out.

The main motivations were a desire for adventure or to build an international career and USA and Canada were the most popular destinations.
