First, they won 5-2 at Seaton United, thanks to Michael Kennedy (2), Kieran Stokoe (2) and Luke Bell.

On Wednesday, Hylton edged home 4-3 in a derby thriller at Hall Farm Glasshus.

Corey Bell (2), Paul McComb and Kennedy did the damage, with Lee Pearce firing a hat-trick in reply.

Hall Farm showed no mercy whatsoever in a 21-1 hammering of bottom club Jarrow Reserves.

In all, 11 different players got in on the act, led by four-goal Martin Hope and hat-tricks from Richie Time and Callum Hodgson.

Pearce (2), Adam Elliott (2), Liam Wooton, Bradley Timm, Sean Archbold, Ryan Graham, Burns, Brian Carter and Tom Clifford also notched.

West Auckland Tunns moved six points behind leaders Wheatley Hill WMC, with two games to play, after a hard-earned 3-1 victory at Farringdon Detached. Wayne Whitfield (2) and Paul Jordan did the damage, with Craig Stewart replying.

Rhys Antliff starred for Farra.

The title will go to Wheatley Hill if they get a draw at home to Tunns tomorrow in their final league match.

Hall Farm Glasshus outgunned Horden Community Welfare 4-1 to clinch their place in the final of the Mark Blake Memorial Trophy.

Callum Hope, man of the match Carl Burns, Lee Pearce and sub Bradley Timm all notched for the visitors, with sub Phil Hickman hitting the home reply.

Horden had Peter Crawford sent off, with Michael Cain their top performer.

Hall Farm must wait to find out their final opponents, with Hylton Sports Club entertaining Wheatley Hill WMC in the second semi-final next Saturday. The final is scheduled for May 19.
