Delays on A19 in Sunderland
Motorists are being advised of delays on the A19 Southbound, today, due to a broken down vehicle.
One lane has been partially blocked on the Hylton Bridge, in Sunderland, this morning, after a vehicle breakdown.
Traffic is said to be heavy between the A1231 Wessington Way junction and the A183.
Police are currently in attendance.
