Davies off the mark after draw with Green

Tom Davies picked up his first point of the Golden Fleece Darts Premier League season when he held Don Green to a draw.

However, Davies lost his second game 5-2 against Paul Moon, with both players’ best leg coming in 21 darts.

Davies also enjoyed a superb finish of 118.

Davies’ night didn’t get any better when he was beaten 5-1 by Steve Richardson.

Alan Stoves beat Gary Richardson 5-3, while Glen Woodbridge defeated Michael Davies 5-2.

Jordan Thoms drew his first game with Paul Moon, but then beat Michael Davies 5-2.

Mark Reeves saw off Denny Cullen 5-2, with winning legs of 20 and 21 darts, including a 180.

Marco Laybourn defeated Steve Carr 5-1 and Davey Marley remained second in the league with a 5-3 win over Denny Cullen.

Mark Forth beat Jaxon Douglass 5-1 and Lee Rump defeated Andy Clark 5-2. Rump enjoyed best legs of 16, 17 and 21 darts, including a 180.

Pete Wilson beat Alan Stoves 5-1, with winning darts of 17, 20 and 21.

Kev Long had a 5-0 win over Jaxon Douglass with winning legs of 20 and 21, plus a superb 180.
