SHOCKWAVES have reverberated around social network sites in the wake of the New Year’s Day killings in Horden.

People expressed their sorrow on a Facebook site to the victims.

Sonia Belcher wrote: “R.I.P. Sue, love ya lots, was an honour to have you as a true friend who never failed to make me laugh, Aldi won’t be the same without u, sweet dreams. XxX.”

Audrey Huntley said: “I just cant get my head round this, so sad such a waste. R.I.P Susan. Alison and Tanya. My thoughts are with. Michael, Laura, Bobby and the rest of the family xx .”

Anthea Mcloughlin said: “You will be missed Sue!!! Such a friendly and happy go lucky person taken from us in such a tragic way... my thoughts are with the family xxx.”

David Cairns said: “I knew Tanya very well, spending five years at Wellfield with her then a further two years at Hartlepool College of Further Education. Such a lovely girl who had a heart of gold! Tanya, you will be sincerely missed by everyone you came in contact with! x.”
