The court heard Middleton was stopped by police on Sunday, April 18, but no other details of her offence were given.

She pleaded guilty to a charge of drink-driving – and magistrates adjourned the case for an all options report, meaning jail is a possibility.

They also handed her an interim driving ban until she is sentenced at the same court on Friday, August 20.

Middleton was granted unconditional bail.
