Syed Sajjad Miah, 29, of Great North Road, Chester-le-Street, received a six-week suspended jail term, was banned from driving for a year, fined £80 and ordered to pay a £122 victim surcharge after admitting driving while disqualified, driving without insurance and obstructing a police officer on April 4.
