Eric Drinkald, 35, of Pemberton Close, Sunderland, admitted breaching a community order. He had 12 hours unpaid work added to the order.

Connor French, 22, of West View, Castletown, Sunderland, was fined £40 after admitting breaching a community order. He was also ordered to pay £60 costs.

Sarah Jane Meldrum, 39, of Roker Avenue, admitted breaching a community order and was ordered to pay £140 in costs.

David Anthony Metcalf, 37, of Sapphire Road, Sunderland, was ordered to pay £140 costs after admitting breaching a community order.

Jade Murray, 30, of Holy Lake Square, Sunderland, admitted failing to comply with a supervision order. She was fined £40 and ordered to pay £60 costs.

Scott Young, 24, of Durham Avenue, Donwell, Washington, admitted driving without a licence and without insurance. He was fined £250 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £32 surcharge. He was banned from driving for six months.

Lee Patrick Bowden, 45, of High Street East, Sunderland, admitted harassment, assaulting a PCSO, possession of amphetamine and breach of a discharge order. He was given an 18-month community order and told to pay £150 in compensation.

Jordan David Brown, 33, of Buddle Terrace, Hendon, was jailed for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, after admitting theft and failing to surrender to custody. He was ordered to pay a surcharge of £121.

Adam Richmond Burton, 33, of Taunton Square, Sunderland, admitted driving whilst under the influence of alcohol and without insurance. He was given a 12-month community order and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £90 surcharge. He was banned from driving for 24 months.

Caroline Cuming, 44, of Tunstall Vale, Ashbrooke, admitted driving with excess alcohol and without insurance. She was jailed for eight weeks, suspended for 18 months, and ordered to pay £200 compensation and an £85 surcharge. She was banned from driving for three years.

Jamie Birrell, 27, of Ramilies Road, Sunderland, was given a 12-month conditional discharge for breaching a restraining order. He was also ordered to pay a £21 surcharge.

Jason Daw, 32, of Newmarket Walk, South Shields, admitted failing to provide a sample, using a vehicle without insurance, driving whilst disqualified and failing to surrender to custody. He was jailed for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £122 and banned from driving for 30 months.

Michael Stephen Hennigan, 40, of Collingwood Street, Hebburn, was given a 12-month community order and was placed on a restraining order. He was ordered to pay £50 compensation, a £90 surcharge and £35 costs, after admitting stalking.

Michelle Shearer, 35, of Homestall Close, South Shields, was fined £120 for having a vehicle which failed to meet the insurance requirements. She was ordered to pay £100 costs and a £30 surcharge.

Darren Beckwith, 31, of Burn Farm House Lodge, Herrington Burn, was given a 12-month community order after pleading guilty to criminal damage. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £90 surcharge.

Michael O’Connor, 37, of Sorley Street, Sunderland, was jailed for 23 weeks after admitting assault and criminal damage. He was made subject of a restraining order and ordered to pay a £122 surcharge.

Ross Thomas Wilkinson, 43, of Neville Crescent, Chester-le-Street, was given a 12-month community order after admitting being in possession of a weapon and possession of cocaine. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and an £85 surcharge.
