Peterlee Police have issued the picture on Friday morning and say they would like to speak to him following a number of incidents in the Horden area in the early hours of Tuesday, June 30.

Anyone with information about the man’s identity or whereabouts is urged to contact PC Thubron, at Peterlee CID, on 101, quoting crime number CRI00275988.
