Police hunting man who threw BRICKS at teenager's car in frightening ordeal at Silksworth Ski Slope

Police have launched an investigation into the incident which saw a 17-year-old girl targeted by a man in the car park of the popular sporting attraction.
The teenager was parked in the Silksworth Sports Complex and Ski Slope car park, on Silksworth Lane, at around 10.13pm on January 5, when a man reportedly threw a brick at her car window and a second brick at her windscreen.

Hide AdThe man then jumped on the bonnet of the car as the girl attempted to leave the car park in her car.
Northumbria Police are are now looking to find the man and are appealing to the public for any information that may help their inquiries.
A Northumbria Police spokewoman said: “At 10.13pm on January 5 we received a call from a 17-year-old driver who's car was badly damaged while parked at Silksworth Ski Slope car park.
“While parked up a man threw a brick at her window and a second at her windscreen.

Hide Ad"When the driver attempted to leave the car park in her vehicle, the same man, reported as being around 5'8 with facial hair, then jumped on her bonnet.
“Inquiries are still on going to trace the man.
