TWO people arrested after the death of a man at a hostel have now been re-bailed.

The body of Lee Richard Hall, 37, was discovered by staff at the Salvation Army’s Swan Lodge in High Street East, Sunderland, on Friday, January 18. Detectives arrested three men, aged 21, 26 and 30, in connection with the death.

The 21 and 26-year-old answered bail yesterday, but have now been re-bailed while investigations into the death continue. The 30-year-old was due to answer his bail today.

Police were initially treating the death as unexplained, following the discovery of Mr Hall’s body.
