Missing Sunderland man - two bailed

POLICE searching for missing Sunderland man Robert Hutchinson have bailed two men.

Fifty-seven-year-old Mr Hutchinson left his home in Corporation Road at 6.20pm on Monday, June 23.

He was reported missing on Thursday, June 26, and his blue Nissan Micra car was found in Stewart Street, just off Chester Road.

Three people were arrested in connection with the disappearance yesterday.

Two men - aged 55 and 39 - who were questioned on suspicion of murder have been released on police bail.

The third man, aged 59, has been released with no further action.

Newly-released CCTV footage shows Mr Hutchinson filling up his car at Asda in Leechmere Road a short time after leaving home. The timings shown are not precise.
