Man questioned after break in at Sunderland shop

A MAN has been arrested after a shop was broken into.

At 7pm yesterday, police received a report of a break-in at the Co-op store in North Moor Road, Plains Farm.

Police attended and a 30-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary.

He is currently in custody and inquiries into the incident are ongoing.
