Magistrates imprisoned Nicholas Stoker for 16 weeks after deciding the incidents were “so serious because the offence was aggravated by the defendant’s record of previous offending”.
Stoker was forbidden from visiting a woman’s home as part of a restraining order imposed by South Tyneside Magistrates’ Court in 2018.
