Man injured after attack on night out

A MAN was left with multiple injuries when he was attacked on a night out.

Police said the 25-year-old victim was left with a broken nose, cuts to his head and a chipped tooth.

Officers in Durham are investigating the assault, which happened in early hours of Friday, February 8, outside La Tasca, in Saddler Street.

Police are now going through CCTV footage in the area.

The suspect is described as about 5ft 10in tall, medium build, with short dark hair, which was possibly shaven at the sides.

He was wearing dark jeans and a black short-sleeved T-shirt.
