Man arrested on suspicion of inciting an under-age girl to engage in a sexual act

The 34-year-old was arrested near Asda in Pennywell by Northumbria Police on Monday night and has since been released under investigation.

A Northumbira Police spokesman said: “Last night (Monday) a 34-year-old man was arrested near Asda in Pennywell on suspicion of inciting an under-age female to engage in a sexual act.

“He has since been released under investigation.”
