Officers have released images of two men they would like to speak to in connection with a dwelling burglary.

The incident, which took place in the Daphne Crescent area of Seaham, occurred on Friday, January 22.

Sharing the pictures of the two men on social media, police have asked the men or anyone who may recognise them to contact Durham Constabulary.

A spokesman for the force said: “We’d like to speak to them in connection with a dwelling burglary which took place between 1pm and 4pm on Friday, January 22.

“The incident took place in the Daphne Crescent area of Seaham.

“If you have any information relating to the incident, please contact Durham Police on 101, quoting incident number 334 of January 22.”
