East Durham man is wanted by police after failing to appear before Sunderland magistrates

Police have appeal to the public for help in tracing a wanted man after he failed to appear at court.

They say Robert Mills, 48, has links with both Seaham and Shotton Colliery.

A Peterlee Police statement on September 17: “Have you seen Robert Mills?

“Mills is currently wanted after failing to appear at Sunderland Magistrates’ Court in relation to a driving offence.

Police want to trace Roberts Mills after they say he failed to appear at court.

“The 48-year-old has links to the Seaham and Shotton Colliery areas.”
