A MAN accused of stealing a car will have his case heard at crown court.
Terence Dunn was at Sunderland Magistrates’ Court on Friday facing a charge of theft, using a vehicle without insurance and driving while disqualified.
The 45-year-old allegedly stole a Vauxhall Vectra.
He entered no pleas and the case was sent to Newcastle Crown Court, where he will appear on February 14 for a plea and directions hearing.
Dunn, of Villiers Street, Sunderland, was remanded in custody until then.
