INVESTIGATORS probing the theft of a fuel card used to rack up a £11,000 bill have released CCTV images of a man they want to speak to.
In July police received a report that a fuel card had been stolen from a business in North Shields.
It was thought that the card was stolen in January and between then and July the card has been used to purchase around £11,000 in fuel from service stations in the Seaham and North Tyneside areas.
Inquiries into the theft are ongoing and as part of the investigations, police have released CCTV images of a man they want to identify and speak to about the theft and payments.
