Balding flasher exposed himself to Sunderland teenagers

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a man exposed himself in Sunderland.

It happened at 1.55pm on Saturday, September 28, at a public footpath at Hylton Castle Dene, Tollerton Drive, when a man exposed himself to two teenage girls who were passing.

The man is described as white, aged in his early 50s, tanned, skinny and tall with balding short brown hair. He was wearing jeans and a grey long-sleeved top.

Neighbourhood Inspector Tony Carty said: “This incident obviously left the two girls shocked and distressed and we’re carrying out enquiries to trace this man.

“Any witnesses, anyone who saw this man or recognises his description is asked to contact police. Extra patrols are taking place in the area.”
