A MAN accused of attacking someone and stealing their laptop will have his case heard at crown court.

Liam Rolfe, of Sunderland, has been charged with robbery and assault causing actual bodily harm.

The 21-year-old was not asked to enter pleas when he appeared at the city magistrates’ court yesterday. The bench heard that the offences allegedly took place at Rolfe’s home address, in Toward Road, on Friday, December 27.
