Club books in for presentation
The Rotary Club of Easington and Peterlee has presented books to Year 6 primary school pupils.
This is the eighth year the club has been handing over books, and this year, illustrated Dictionaries For Life were given to 22 children at Sea Scape Primary School in Peterlee.
The dictionaries were handed over by incoming president Ray Millmoor and outgoing president Joe Sherrington.
A spokesman for the Rotary Club said: “It’s always a pleasure to carry out these presentations and we will carry out this tradition as long as we can.”
