Ian Hudson, of Cleadon, set out to cycle from South Shields to Seville on August 22 to fundraise for Macmillan Cancer Support. He has already covered more than 850 miles and has tackled the tough ride to the Spanish border, heading for Logrono. He has kept a fairly tight schedule but has managed to visit some places of interest such as the Chateau at Chambord. He thanks everyone for their support and for sponsoring him via www.justgiving.com/ss2sev.
