The original lyrics have been changed to reflect Sunderland fans affection for Reid. And Metro Radios Charle Harrison has agreed to supply snippets of commentary on Sunderlands goals in the Grimsby and Millwall game to go on the track.The song, released in cassette form, is expected to retail for around 1.99 and HMV and Volume Records in Sunderland have said they want to stock the new track.All proceeds from the record will go to charity.The Cheer Up Peter Reid chant ; sung to the tune of the Monkees song Daydream Believer ; has become a huge hit with the fans as Sunderland bid for promotion. The song originated because Reid, a bubbly character outside of match days, always looks so concerned and fierce throughout Sunderlands games.ROKER TABLE-
