The Geordie Shore star is known for her bubbly personality and fun-loving attitude on camera.
But Sunderland's own Charlotte Crosby has now opened up about dealing with a tragic ectopic pregnancy in recent months.
In an interview with Heat Magazine, the 26-year-old revealed that while on-off romance Gaz Beadle was filming for Ex On The Beach in April, she was going through the devastating ordeal alone.
Speaking to the magazine, she said she was suffering such severe pain that she had to attend hospital. It was then she was told she would require an urgent operation.
In interview with Heat, Charlotte continued: "[The doctor] put me in a wheelchair and I collapsed out of it. I was fitting on the floor and it was just so scary.
"I didn't know what the hell was going on and I was in so much pain.
"Then the X-ray showed how much damage had been caused. Because I'd left it a week, it'd torn open my Fallopian tube and I was bleeding internally. He said: 'If you'd have left it any longer, you could have died.'"
Charlotte was left terrified that she would not be able to have children - but she has been reassured by doctors that she can.
She attended hospital just four days after Gaz flew out to Thailand. Charlotte also told the magazine that she had taken the morning after pill - but not until the 72 hour window was almost up.
She told Heat that Gaz was "so lovely" to her on the phone when she called him in Thailand to speak to him about the situation. But it was later revealed that he had not been faithful to the 26-year-old during Ex On The Beach filming.
Since the revelation earlier today, Gaz has come under fire on social media as fans flock to support Charlotte.
The star has retweeted and replied to some of the messages sent to her.
To one message, she said: "He fooled us all.....Sadly what I have realised is that has only ever been for the cameras."
