Carr fights back to claim draw

Lee Rump strolled to a 5-0 win over Denny Cullen, with winning legs of 18, 19 and 21 darts.

Cullen responded with a superb 180.

Lee Rump picked up his second win of the night with a 5-1 win over Norman Place.

Rump had winning legs of 17, 18 and 21 darts, including a 120 checkout and a 180.

Darren Johnston drew with Jack Revely with both players’ best leg been a 21-dart leg.

Glen Woodbridge came from 3-0 down to earn a draw against Gary Richardson.

Woodbridge’s best leg was a 20-darter, while Richardson enjoyed an 18-dart leg, plus a great finish of 126.

Micky Seaman beat Paul Moon 5-1 and Don Green drew with Andy Clark.

Baz Walker increased his lead at the top after a 5-0 win over Gary Bramley.

However, Bramley responded by beating Paul Moon 5-3, with winning leg of 20 darts, plus a 180.

Mike McBain’s fine run continued with a great 5-1 win over Paul Moon.

Kev Long played out a drew with Micky Watson.
