SCANTILY-CLAD staff caught the eye of shoppers when they became live models for the day.
Debenhams shop assistants stripped to their smalls and replaced the store’s window mannequins to promote their latest lingerie collections ahead of Valentine’s Day.
Sarah Hanley, Lesley Anne-Walker, Shannan Dowell and Amy Berry’s stint in the window was aimed at giving men a shopping guide as to what to buy their partner as a romantic gift.
Andy Bradley, centre director at the Bridges, said: “All men can sometimes be stumped for what to get their other halves for Valentine’s Day, but Debenhams is offering the perfect solution to ensure that no ladies are left feeling unloved.
“The real-life models give couples the chance to take a look for themselves how different ranges of underwear appear on ‘real women’, giving wives and girlfriends the opportunity to spot pieces that they think will not just work well with their body shapes but also their partner’s tastes.”
Top designer ranges on show included B by Ted Baker and J by Jasper Conran as well as Debenhams’ own collection.
