A CITY call centre is rolling out its 2012 NVQ programme.
Now in its fifth year, the course will offer Fusion employees the opportunity to develop their skills in customer service and administration while achieving a recognised qualification.
Twelve staff will attend weekly in-house workshops in order to complete the NVQ Customer Service Level II and the NVQ Business Administration Level II courses.
HR associate director Della Garmory said: “At Fusion, our number one priority is delivering great service for our customers.
“Now, more than ever, customer service is opening up very real career opportunities, so it is important we provide our employees with strong training and development.
“The NVQ programme is ideal because it is a win-win for both the individual and the business, it has already helped many of our people develop their careers.
“To date, 199 Fusion employees have benefited from completing the qualifications.”
