Broken down vehicle causing delays on major Sunderland road
A broken down vehicle is causing delays on the busy A1231 in Sunderland this morning.
The vehicle has stopped in a layby on Wessington Way, causing tailbacks for other motorists.
Northumbria Police says it is aware of the incident.
