@MJPotts17: Quite probably the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard from an SAFC manager in years. Yes, Di Canio included.

@RoryFallow: Moyes on why he dropped on Ndong. Needed “Britishness” in the middle. I'm done. David Moyes Brexit football.

@shellsy87: We need more “Britishness”?? Ndong is our record signing #sackhimnow #safc

@ezbeezy214: #Moyes obsession with “Britishness” is so concerning as hell. It's also really weird. #SAFC

@JohnJKerr: Bodes well for the mythical rebuild that Britishness is Moyes' priority. Not like it's an overpriced market full of bang average players.

@Soz_abar_me: David Moyes is a huge fan of Brexit. Certainly goes some way to explain why he's a complete failure as a football manager

@ATVS_JakeNazar: David Moyes saying his team needs more “Britishness” as his team marches towards finishing 20th is everything I need right now.

@MattyCrichton: Understand the Moyes criticism but does anyone honestly believe any available manager could keep this team up? The job is career suicide.

James Clark-Allan: Hopefully Moyes will be clearing his desk this morning

Trevor Short: Just shows what he knows which is nothing as they were highly ineffective - the game completely passed Darren Gibson by - Gibbo lol for the love of god, they are your employees not your mates!! Your failing employees at that !!!

Robert Francis Fletcher: Sack David Moyes
