Ahead of the official sale, which goes live at 9am on Tuesday, fans can queue at the Stadium of Light from 5pm on Monday with special provisions in place to ensure public safety.

Queuing will be housed within the Carling and East stands of the stadium, protecting fans from the elements.

Stadium bosses say they’ve had a sneak peek at what Wearside can expect - and it’s set to be a blockbuster production from one of the biggest names in music.

SAFC’s commercial director, Gary Hutchinson, said: “The hype surrounding this concert has been immense, Beyoncé has created a real frenzy and we can’t wait to host her here at the Stadium of Light.

“I have seen the initial specs for the show and this will be a massive production, with lots of dancers and special effects. I think it is fair to say that this will be the biggest concert we have ever hosted at the stadium and following the response from fans we see this being a quick sell-out.

“There will be no pre-sale from the club although hospitality is available to buy now, so we urge fans looking to secure their tickets to book as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.”

The venue has been inundated with requests following the announcement of its hospitality packages being on sale, with all Executive Boxes alongside the Montgomery Suite and Quinn’s Sports Bar already sold out.

Limited Gold, Diamond and Platinum packages are still available for fans to guarantee their ticket to this must-see show.
