Sunderland South Bible Society will hold a coffee morning at St George’s Centre, Stockton Road, on Wednesday, September 30, from 10.30am to noon. There will be lots of stalls, and a word of welcome from the Reverend Kathrine Bagnall, Vicar at St Mary’s, Springwell. Tickets are £1.50, which includes coffee and biscuit.

A coffee morning will be held at Burn Park Methodist Church on Saturday. This regular Coffee Morning usually takes place on the third Saturday of the month.

A Vintage Fair is planned for Sunderland Minster on Saturday, October 3. Tables are £10. Entry is 50p for adults and children, free. Light refreshments will be available.
