Air ambulance scrambled to Sunderland as patient taken to hospital after fall at Silksworth address
The Great North Air Ambulance was called to reports a patient had suffered a fall in Silksworth.
Paramedics were first called to a private address in West Street at 2.23pm on Monday, April 27 and the patient was later taken by road to hospital.

Hide AdA spokeswoman for the Great North Air Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 2.40pm this afternoon to an address in Silksworth.
“Our paramedic and doctor team arrived on the scene at 2.55pm. At 3.07pm the team were treating the patient on scene.
“We were called to reports of a fall.
“The patient was taken by road to the hospital.”
A North East Ambulance Service spokeswoman added: “We were called at 2.23pm to a private address in West Street, Sunderland.
“We dispatched a double-crewed ambulance and we requested support from the GNAAS.”
