A19 slip road closed after lorry incident in Sunderland
A slip road onto the A19 has been closed after a lorry suffered a blown-out tyre.
The the onslip from the A183 northbound is temporarily closed due to a broken down HGV with a blown out tyre.
The is vehicle is being repaired and police are at scene.
