The Clap for our Carers has been going on since lockdown began.
Every Thursday a grateful nation applauds the NHS and its workers from its doorsteps.
And at Sunderland Royal Hospital, the staff take to the car park to join in – all at a distance, of course.
Once again, fire crew members were also there to show their respect.
