Jet2 restart flights Canary Islands from Newcastle to after quarantine is lifted

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays will recommence flights from Newcastle airport to the Canary Islands after the destination was removed from the government’s quarantine list.

Sun seekers in the North East will be pleased to hear that Jet2.com and Jet2holidays will recommence flights and holidays to Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura after being removed from the government’s quarantine list.

Flights from Newcastle airport to Tenerife will resume from October 31 and flights to Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura will all resume from November 1.

The airline is offering return flights from Newcastle to the Canary Islands from as little as £90 per person.

The company have resumed flights to the winter sun hot-spots at all nine of its UK bases including Birmingham, Edinburgh and Manchester.
