FORMER Sunderland pub singer Jade Thirlwall has made it through to next week’s X Factor live final.
The 18-year-old, who used to perform at Bar Justice in Sunniside, is part of band Little Mix, which was voted through in a public vote last night.
The group, which also includes Perrie Edwards from South Shields, was slated by judge Gary Barlow, who told them their vocals weren’t up to scratch, leaving mentor Tulisa Contostavlos furious.
The angry N-Dubz singer took to Twitter to vent her anger and urged fans of the show to vote for her “little muffins”.
The girls were put together as a group during the Boot Camp stage, after initially auditioning as solo artists.
