Craft fair arranged at historic Sunderland site

Have your say

A CRAFT fair has been arranged to take place at Ryhope engine museum.

The free outdoor event is planned for Easter Sunday, April 8, from 11am to 4pm.

More than 20 stalls are expected, offering handmade crafts, organic foods, collectibles or children’s toys.

Items include cards, jewellery, knitted goods, photos, pottery, needlework, vintage goods, cakes, chocolate and old-fashioned sweets and toffees.

Also, a wood turner, wood burning pyrography, a potter and a blacksmith will be demonstrating all day. A tearoom and toilets will be on site.

Craft fairs have been running successfully alongside the regular attractions at Ryhope museum for five years.
