Although blood tests came back clear for the conditions, it was wake up call Victoria needed and spurred her on to take action.

She joined Slimming World and went from 16st 12.5lb and a size Size 20-22 to 11st 13lb and a size 12-14.

The full-time mum said: “I have battled with my weight for as long as I can remember and finally I feel like the best version of myself.

“I have learnt so much about my own body over the past three years of joining Slimming World than I ever have done before.”

Mum-of-two Victoria Frame looks stunning after her weight loss of more than four stone.

Over the years Victoria had to deal with stranger’s assuming that she was pregnant as a result of her weight.

She remembers people giving up their seats and lifeguards on holiday whistling for her to leave the wave pools, presuming she was expecting.

Victoria said: “In the end I would go along with it, take the seat and make up due days and genders.

“But when it actually came round to starting a family with my husband, we found out it would not be that easy.

Mum Victoria Frame, pictured with daughter Oriana, is now able to enjoy spending active days out with her two children.

"All the years of pretending and agreeing with strangers took its toll and I started to eat for comfort – which only increased not only my size but even more comments.”

Victoria was then diagnosed with Polycystic Ovaries and Endometriosis and told her chances of falling pregnant and going onto have a live birth were near impossible.

After deciding to undergo fertility treatment, in April 2013 Victoria started a round of IVF at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Gateshead and went onto giving birth to daughter Oriana.

Eight months later the new mum started on her second round of fertility treatment and went on to have her son Alistair in March 2015.

But concentrating on her family meant that Victoria wasn’t looking after herself and her weight began to increase.

After going to the doctors she was given the shock diagnosis and vowed to change her lifestyle to ensure she was there to see her children grow up.

Victoria said: “I first joined Slimming World in March 2015 to help me loose weight to go through another round of IVF.

“I had my second child and put all the weight back on and more.

“I struggled to walk up the stairs and health started to suffer, but I thought I had to accept how I was, as I now had the two children I longed for.

“But I was not realising that they needed me to be the best version of me as well, so I went back to Slimming World again in February 2018.”

Now Victoria has transformed her lifestyle and losing the weight has meant that she is now able to take her children on mini adventures and enjoy life all whilst staying on the food optimising plan.

Victoria has even launched her own Slimming World group at the Millennium Centre in Concord, Washington. every Monday at 7pm.

She said: “I just want to give something back and help people achieve those once thought impossible dreams.”
